This is a basic list of items we will need to start your loan application.  Please have these handy to facilitate the process.  Keep in mind that every loan is different, so we may need more or less documentation depending on your situation.

1. Copy of the sales contract, signed by all parties

2. Home address, last two years

3. Employer info, last two years

4. Most recent 30 days of pay stubs

5. W-2’s for the last two years

6. Proof of any other income

7. Last two bank/brokerage statements

8. Landlord name/address/phone

9. Deposit Appraisal/Credit report, etc.

10. If self-employed, last two years complete tax returns
